This is wrong - this NY law is a suggestion, not a mandate. (A00072-B) says agencies have to post/provide info to the “extent practicable as determined by the agency” and agency does not have to “expend additional moneys” (ie “time”) to post info online. There is no public remedy if agencies ignore this law. The agencies have total discretion in complying.

re: 6.5, 169. There is no non-partisan fiscal analysis and cost/benefit of every bill and budget proposal - certainly not before voting. How can 169 be “strong.” There is no Ind Budget Office like CBO scoring stuff. You have a partisan Gov Div Budget and elected comptroller.
