I agree with Gene Forte, this document is rigged California should get an F-. California’s workers’ comp system is so screwed up no wonder the State is bankrupt. Lawyers are making money hand over fist and employers keep getting screwed. California is way too liberal and that’s why you guys are in such bad shape.
