State of Florida ethics commission says that guilty claim without evidence is not unethical?

when my company was declared a law breaker without supporting evidence it thought that this would be unethical and filed a complaint with Florida Ethical commission only to be told that claim of guilt without evidence is not unethical??

Ethics takes months to respond to complaints and does little or nothing.

Ethics takes months to respond to complaints and does little or nothing. We would be better off getting rid of them and saving our money. This would be a vast cost savings at least we'd only get ripped off once.
