Yesterday we told you that Florida's government, overall, got a C- for its integrity -- not great, but still the 18th best grade in the country. Today, we wanted to pull back the curtain on how this first-of-its-kind study came together. More than fifty reporters were hired to dig into the inner workings of their own states.
